Three Doors Theory

Picture a hallway with three doors. Your door is closest — it represents your healing, your growth, your space. Down the hallway is the middle door — the grey area of maybe, mixed signals, and false hope. At the far end is your ex's door — their world, their choices, their chapter.

After a breakup, your mind floods with dopamine-seeking thoughts pulling you towards that far door. The Three Doors Theory teaches you to recognise those urges for what they are, shut your door, and protect your peace. The degree to which each door is open or closed reflects real-life actions and situations — and the key to healing is keeping your door closed. Because you can only truly heal while the door is shut.

When you face a challenge, you stop asking "what would I do?" and start asking "what would my BTG person do?" Over time, those actions begin to rewire your brain. You stop performing the role — you become it. The BTG Method is the most real and effective way to manifest, using the law of detachment to get you everything you want by removing the desperate grip on outcomes. Yin Yang Method

Most people think push and pull is manipulation. The Yin Yang Method is different — it's smoother, more natural, and infinitely more powerful because of it. Rooted in the actual flow of the yin yang symbol, your energy moves in cycles rather than hard switches. The light cycle begins small — one text a day, one gesture a week — and gradually intensifies, just like the widening curve of the light side. At the peak, a black spot: a brief, intense withdrawal. Twenty-four hours of silence. Then a slow fade into the dark cycle, where you pull energy back to yourself entirely, giving your own attention, affection, and validation to you.

When the white spot appears in the dark cycle, you return — briefly and intensely — to full light before fading again.
